Villain - Vex

Background:
Vex is a talented doctor and inventor previously know as Vanessa Exeter. Her husband of 6 years was involved in a car crash and was being rushed to a New York hospital in an ambulance when the EMP blast hit the city one year ago. He died before he could reach the emergency ward and Vex blamed the Champions for her loss.
